Today Im doing a review of a full featured training course called  SEO Enigma which was released Anton Nadilo & Jon Shawcross

So what is SEO Enigma? We ll as you may have guessed it is a training course designed to teach you everything you need to know about search engine optimization for your web site. The course included a 13 PDF’s (12 modules and an introduction) as well as the entire thing as a video course if you dont want to read the PDF.

So what should you care about SEO anyway? Well because SEO really is free traffic. The traffic that you get from a search engine is totally 100% free and is normally fairly targeted since people are only getting to your site because they have searched for a search term relevant to your content. Sure your probably not going to get hundreds of thousands of hits a day without lots of work and plenty of time but with a small amount of effort 40 or 50 hits a day can be had.

If 50 hits a day does not sound like much think of this. That’s 1500 new eyeballs to your site each month. If you had an opt in form pop up on your site that’s converting at just 30% then that’s 500 new opt ins a month. If you are selling a product on your site with a conversion rate of just 2% that’s 30 sales a month. It’s silly to ignore SEO and the search engines.

So how do we get those free hits / traffic each day? Honestly I have no idea. I admit. Well actually I should say I had no idea before reviewing this training course.  I made the mistake of ignoring the search engines myself at first. This is actually why I wanted to review SEO Enigma. I figured that I was the perfect person to review it since I am not a SEO guru. If it teaches me something and/or  improves the traffic I get from my own site then we know that its a quality course.

The launch for this training course has already passed and I actually got review access to it before it launched. However I have been watching the videos (I prefer video training over reading the PDF’s) for the last few days to see how the training was.

I’m quite pleased with the quality of the training. I have found it to be very informative. The videos are detailed yet not long winded. I like how the videos are broken up and focus on a specific detailed topic. This is great because if you want to go back and visit a topic again you dont have to search through some huge 20 minute video. In fact the only thing I did not like about the training videos was the fact that you have to watch the splash / intro each time. I thought this was kind of pointless. I really don’t need to see the 15 second  SEO Enigma intro each time I watch a new video. I know its SEO Enigma .. you dont have to tell me over and over. But I might just be getting picky on that one.

While I did not read the PDF because as I said I prefer video training over reading  judging by the fact that the videos where high quality, well made, and informative I expect the PDF version to be no less professional.

So how did it work on my site? Well honestly its a little to early to tell as its only been a few days. I actually still have a few videos to go. Below is a cut out from my Google Analytic reporting that shows only organic search traffic for my site.

While it is as I said a little to early to say if implementing the techniques is making a impact I do appear to be getting more hits from organic traffic than in the past. I will say for sure though that I’m very pleased with this training and I do honestly believe that by using what it teaches I will get long term rewards. Right now its for sale at $17 and while I got access for free as a reviewer if I had bought it I would not have been disappointed with my purchase.

So in summery: Besides social media networks SEO and search engines are really the only ‘free’ traffic your going to get. Even just 40 or 50 hits a day for free can make a big impact on your site. Those few hits a day can be hundreds of opt ins a month or dozens of sales. Don’t make the mistake that I made at first by ignoring SEO and the free traffic you can get from search engines. Click the link below to learn more about SEO Enigma and pick up your copy.

** Update: I got an Email from Anton letting everyone know the price will increase. I have confirmed with him on skype that it will be going up to $27 . Because of this I suggest if you are interested in SEO / SEO training you grab your copy before the price increase. It is currently at $17 so its a big difference if you wait.

1A quick note about the reviews I do on this site. The product vendors give me access to their products for free in order for me to do my review. However I make no promises to them regarding the results of my tests or what I will write in my review. Should you click a link that takes you to a sales page for a paid product for sale this link will be an affiliate link and I will be paid a percentage of the sales price should you decide to invest in it.

    Brett,

    Love your reviews, man.

I also HATE splash videos on each video in a training. I understand that it’s good for branding, but as a viewer (and I watch a lot of training videos) it gets annoying.

I think for my future training I’ll put a splash video on the FIRST one and then forget it on the future ones.

However, as a negative for a product it’s a little one that shouldn’t stop anyone from buying.

Take it easy and I know I’ll see you on my show again soon 😉

I totally agree. Its not something that should stop anyone from buying. Just mentioned it because honestly it did kid of annoy me after seeing it for the 8th time in 1 training sit down. But as I said Im a supper picky guy 🙂

I’d sure love an update to this. Your review said it was too early to tell if the techniques were working.

What did you ultimately discover, not that a few months have gone by?
