My experience with the W+ affiliate network

Today I wanted to share some of my experience with the W+ affiliate network.

Most people know that I am a pretty successful affiliate in the IM / MMO space. I have done a few million dollars in sales. I have won awards. My story and style has been featured in marketing books and I have spoken internationally at conferences. I have been very fortunate.

For the most part I use the JVZoo network to promote products as an affiliate. However a couple of weeks back I decided to stop using JVZoo for a while because they almost exclusively used PayPal as a payment processor and I wanted to avoid PayPal as much as possible. JVZoo was working an an alternative system that did not rely on PayPal but it was not created yet, so I switched over to the Warrior Plus network and used the exclusively why I waited on JVZoo.

I have to say, the couple of weeks that I used W+ where not very enjoyable. I was initially annoyed by how cumbersome and difficult to use their site was. But I realized  that this might just be me, it might just be that I was not use to them and was ‘stuck in my ways’ from other platforms. However as I continued to use Warrior Plus I realized that a cumbersome interface was the least of their problems. I found several bugs. Bugs that ranged from silly errors that just should not exist in a professional level platform to flat out flaws and incorrect data. What astonished me though is the attitude of uncaring, annoyance, and disinterest that I got when I reported these issues. Check out the video below for more details:

A quick note about the reviews I do on this site. The product vendors give me access to their products for free in order for me to do my review. However I make no promises to them regarding the results of my tests or what I will write in my review. Should you click a link that takes you to a sales page for a paid product for sale this link will be an affiliate link and I will be paid a percentage of the sales price should you decide to invest in it.

Perhaps developing an alternative to W+ in the works?

As the guy behind the curtains for JVZooPay, I’m profoundly happy to see that it is adding value to your business!

    Thanks for the feedback!

Interesting video Brett, crazy why Warrior Plus cannot afford a decent coder.

W+ is way better than zoo at this time … especially with their wallet system wich is kinda important these days …. considering all the ppal issues and things.

Zoo has a ton of bugs … technical important bugs and their funnels builder sucks big time (I always hard code the link to make sure it works fine) .

I’ve launched on W+ and I have to say they are way better than jvzoo … Defo not perfect but better.

If things like the way the date is displayed is what made you go back to zoo, then you’re crazy ! ..Zoo has tons of bugs since years ago and they never fixed them .. They just say that’s how the platform should work.

And the way you are communicating these kind of issues will for sure never get them fixed. Every software has a bug – even the software above whatever it’s called … I told you since you launched it the volume at 0 still plays the sound and you never fixed it … you only said yeah that’s a bug … and that’s just one of the things (try dragging the volume bar to 0 and you’ll see sound is not muted).

That’s how softwares are … you’ve been developing softwares so you should know and maybe try to be a nicer when you find a bug 🙂

Your entitled to your own opinion. Me personally Im not really a big fan of developers that intentionally put errors into their system though. But of course if you are thats fine. There is a difference between a bug (which all software has) and just not caring about the quality of your work (which is not acceptable in my view).

FYI: As for you comparing the audio in my video player platform not muting when it is set to zero .. you are right, that WAS a bug in my system. But I fixed it. Because I have pride in my work and care about quality. See the difference?

Well said Alex. This guy is one of the biggest cunts in the world. He just loves shitting on people and hates it when he gets feedback

      •

Im a HUGE cunt .. and here you are on my blog (because you have nothing better to do with your life) .. what does that make you? And you are right .. I HATE getting feedback on my work, I especially hate it when people point out issues with my work .. in fact I hate it so much that I fix the problems!

Brian and Alex, I just wonder how much you two have earned online? I don’t know but I do know you cannot be as successful as Brett is if you intentionally create or promote mediocre software or programs. Brett has helped numerous online marketers such as myself with his products and his training. As far as I know, you two have not done anything to help me.

A real eye-opener, Brett. I’ve found some other bugs with W+ before, but never noticed their lazy way of calculating %ages!

I’ve made $1000s with JVZ both as a vendor and as an affiliate but Paypal absolutely HATES JVZ now. The implementation of JVZooPay was a good move but I don’t like that you have to use either Payoneer (expensive and sucks) or Payment Rails just to have some sense of security in getting paid now.

Warrior+ on the other hand (which I have also made $1000s with both as a vendor and affiliate) has it’s own set of drawbacks. But I do prefer their wallet and integration with Stripe much better than JVZoo’s solution.

JVZoo Pay does not require Payoneer, you can do direct to your bank with them. But really paying Payoneer is not much of an issue. Its a tax deduction 🙂 Of course though, I have made millions (not thousands) so my perspective might be a bit different.
