The MOP WordPress plugin is made up of two parts,

a) The plugin itself
b) The helper themes

To use MOP,

1) Download the plugin file and all of the themes. The plugin file is named mobile_optimize_pro.zip
2) Install the plugin on your WordPress site and activate it, make sure you DO NOT change the name of the plugins zip file.
3) Upload the helper themes to your WordPresss site. DO NOT activate the themes
4) Click the menue for Mobile Optimize Pro on the left hand side of your WordPress admin dashboard additional instructions are built right into the plugin.
