Today I am doing a review of a new email platform called MailVio

So what exactly is MailVio? Well you can probably guess by the name, its an email software. Specifically its an autoresponder.  Its a ready to go system with no real setup required. You do not need to have your own SMTP because you use the one provided by MailVio.

Now first off, Im going to get one thing out of the way. One thing that you are going to think is a bad thing, but it is actually a good thing (be patient while I explain it).  MailVio is a white label / rebranded version of a system called SendInBlue.  Ok, a lot of times rebranded software is considered a bad thing, but in this case I dont think it is. Why? well two reasons specifically.

1) MailVio is not new. There have been many self contained email systems in this space and unfortunately many of them cant stand the test of time. They quickly get a bad reputation, deleverability goes down, and they get forgotten about. However SendInBlue is a well established player in the autoresponder industry. They have been around for a little over 7 years. The fact that MailVio is a rebranded version of SendInBlue means you get the reliability and security of a well established system and are not investing in some fly by night platform that will vanish 6 months after the launch.

2) MailVio, lets you send 1,000,000 emails for a $297 fee. Where as SendInBlue charges $420 for 720,000 email credits. This means that while MailVio is giving you the same reliability and security as SendInBlue it is also doing it at a much lower cost. Saving money is a value and value is a good thing.

All this is great, however in order to really endorse this I had to test it. I tested it in the only proper way I could. I used it in my business. I put my money on the line, uploaded my list to MailVio and used it in an affiliate marketing campaign. It was a risk. This is a promotion I wanted to make money from, and I would only make money if MailVio was a good system.

Fortunately it was a good system. The results I got where on par with what I get in my own system (only without the need to have my own SMTP). My open rate was very acceptable, over 11% after about 20 hours and I made well over a thousand dollars the very first day of me using MailVio.

The software itself is actually quite powerful. It has a lot of advanced features that let you do some pretty cool things with your email marketing. I also has the ability to send text messages to subscribers (something I did not personally test). While MailVio was fairly easy to use I was unhappy to see that there where no tutorials built right into the system. There really is no reason for this and it is the one negative thing I found.

Email is essential to the internet marketing business. You WILL need an autoresponder, 100% for sure, guaranteed. While I still think a self sending system is the best option (for maximum control) I am well aware that many prefer an out of the box ready to use self contained platform.  If this is what you are looking for then MailVio is a excellent choice. Its a great service and a very fair price that my own personal testing proves works well.

A quick note about the reviews I do on this site. The product vendors give me access to their products for free in order for me to do my review. However I make no promises to them regarding the results of my tests or what I will write in my review. Should you click a link that takes you to a sales page for a paid product for sale this link will be an affiliate link and I will be paid a percentage of the sales price should you decide to invest in it.

Brett, as usual, an honest, positive and informative review…

    Q. How does this stack up with your own Imailit product?

As I said, the results are on par with each other. The thing is though MailVio and MyMailIt are NOT direct competitors. MMI is designed to mail with YOUR SMTP, while MailVio is a self contained solution. There are positives and negatives with both approaches (namely control vrs ease) and each person will have to decide which is better for them.
